POLICIES

Microcal Inc. warrants its products for thirty (30) days against faulty workmanship or defective materials.

All bulk and surplus sales are as is, unless otherwise noted.

Microcal Inc. will be solely liable for replacing or issuing credit, for any failed product returned within the warranty period. We assume no liability for components returned after the warranty period expires.

Microcal Inc. reserves the right to refuse credit, or replacement, should we find the materials failed due to misuse, neglect, alteration, improper handling or improper testing.

Customer will be assessed a 10% restocking fee for any goods returned after the warranty period, unless otherwise noted.

The aforementioned is the only warranty made by Microcal Inc.
